"Real queens fix each other's crowns"

Our Story
Studies show that one of the reasons that women aren't seen as often in higher up managerial positions is due to lack of mentorship. Women inherently have different struggles than their male counterparts do during their career. Having a women mentor can help young girls feel more confident stepping out into the workforce, especially if their field is more male dominated.

Women for Women works to combine the power of mentorship, scholarship, and empowerment to help prepare the next generation of women leaders for the world. Women are powerful when we come together and help one another succeed. Together we can work to create more strong, independent women leaders ready to change the world.

About the Founder
Jordan holds a dual degree from Roger Williams University in Legal Studies and Political Science and is an aspiring attorney. Jordan has been on both the giving and receiving end of mentorship and understands how it can change someone's life. She herself at times struggled to find women role models in the legal field and knew that she definitely was not alone in feeling this way. She created Women for Women because she believes that all young girls deserve to have access to women role models who believe in them, especially when it comes to their future career endeavors.
